HostMDS hosting had recently announce their new community support forum site. This new forum will mainly aimed for hostmds customers that have enquiries and prefer to request for help from others hostmds users that likely having experience in solving similar problem.
This new hostmds forums site will focus on hostmds hosting talk only, its not recommended for discussion of other web hosting companies related issues.
Following is the announcement email that i receive from hostmds hosting, announcing their new forum site.
“Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for their patience during the transition of 3 companies into a singular HostMDS brand. It has been a tough one for us, but we’ve finally got things under control and are on our way to providing the quality service we have set out to. The reason for this e-mail is to let all of you know about a unique feature that is available for all customers, free of charge that will enhance the hosting experience at HostMDS; Online Community Forums.
The goal of our online community support is to increase communication between customers and our staff along being able to create a growing resource for everyone to use. Provided that we do not offer technical support for 3rd party software/scripts such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc — this would be the best place to ask as other customers may have already gone through what you’re going through and will be able to provide you with assistance! Our support staff will also scour the forums on occasion to provide assistance. We have over 10,000 customers, and if we can get everyone on board to be a part of the forums — it would make HostMDS a better place
